Roy is a finance professional with an accounting degree and over 20 years of leadership experience in business operations and hospitality management. He successfully operated a busy hospitality venue in Sydney’s CBD for two decades, overseeing sales strategy, marketing initiatives, gaming operations, and day-to-day business performance.

Through this extensive hands-on experience, Roy developed a deep understanding of commercial operations, customer engagement, and revenue growth, and he takes great pride in having been part of a leading leisure and hospitality group during his career.

Roy holds a Bachelor of Commerce and transitioned into finance in 2021, where he has since supported clients across a wide range of lending solutions, including business finance, commercial and development loans, property lending, home loans.
